Our Story –

From Vancouver to Woodburn, Hillsboro to Gresham, Dick’s Mackenzie Ford is dedicated to serving the business community of the greater Portland and Southwest Washington area.

In late 2016, owners Shannon Inukai-Cuffee and Scott Inukai noticed the Portland commercial market was being greatly underserved from both a sales and maintenance perspective. They then made the strategic decision to spend time and resources investing in the people, products and process to ensure your current and future commercial fleet needs maximize revenues while driving down cost.

Our People –

Brad Schroeder, Corporate Fleet Manager,comes with over 13 years of automotive experience. Most recently, Brad spent 5 years as the Area Commercial Manager for Chrysler (FCA Group) covering the Pacific Northwest. Josh Tompkins, Business Development Manager, has over 10 years of experience in the world of construction trade associations. His previous roles include Director of Membership for the National office of the Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC), followed by time as Chief Executive Officer of the ABC Central Texas chapter in Austin, TX. Recent investments in Dicks Mackenzie Ford commercial and fleet services include over $2 million in new inventory including over $100 thousand worth of work ready applications.

We are only limited by our imagination with what can be accomplished on the Ford platform - current work truck/van offerings include Flat Beds, Contractor Bodies, Service Bodies, KUV Bodies, Dump Bodies, Electrician Packages - but local upfit partnerships with Harbor Truck, Knapheide, Ranger Design, Scelzi Enterprises, Thermo King and Pacific Service Center (to name a few) allow us to create a multitude of work ready applications on a shortened time frame.

We know that people and product can only get you so far. Our top priority is ensuring that your purchase and maintenance needs are fulfilled on your timeline. Additionally, we are dedicated to the commitment of“Next Bay Availability”when your commercial vehicle is inevitably out of service.

We understand that you’re most profitable when your vehicles are on the road and not in the shop – our intention is to minimize your time spent at our dealerships. New vehicle deliveries, purchase agreements, financial contracts, etc. can all be arranged on your schedule and at a location of your choosing. Time is money. We want to be part of the solution.
